Dan Thompson’s Red Desert Howler is one of the best howlers on the market today.  Dan is responsible for putting thousands of ‘yotes out of commission.  This is pretty much his go to howler.  It has a removable mouthpiece for short range howls or prey animal distress sounds. It will also make elk bugles, deer grunts, and duck calls.  It’s probably the most versatile howler on the market today.
