What are your shipping charges?

 

Nothing!  We ship for free.  For the most part shipping is included with the cost.  There are some heavy or bulky items that have additional shipping costs.  The cost is noted by the item and will be automatically added when you checkout.

Are there any hidden charges?

 

No.  The only additional cost is to Iowa residents who must add  7% sales tax.

 

How long will it take to get my item?

 

We will always ship by the first Saturday after you pay.  In most cases, we ship the first working day after payments are made.  Your item should arrive in a week or less.

 

If we don’t have it in stock, we will contact you and make other arrangements.  Typically, we can still have items in less than two weeks.

Would you be interested in carrying another product?

 

Yes, always.  We only sell items that we know will work and hold up to the rigors of time in the field.  If you have something you think we’d like to sell, just contact us and we’ll figure out the details.
